Please Take the 5 Essentials Survey

Written by Super User on .

Dear RICHLAND Families,

Starting this year, Illinois schools will be required to participate annually in the 5Essentials survey. This survey tool, developed by the University of Chicago, is given to teachers, students, and parents to help school districts assess their progress.

The parent survey is currently available to be completed by parents, guardians, or other caregivers with a child in grades prekindergarten through 12. The survey, which is completely confidential, is available in English or Spanish. It should take about 10 minutes to complete. If parents/guardians/caregivers have more than one (1) child that attends the same school, they may elect to participate more than once. However, only one (1) parent per household may participate in the survey. The survey will close January 18, 2019.

Please note that RICHLAND is listed only once for the survey as Richland Elementary. Both Richland Junior High and Richland Elementary parents should use Richland Elementary link. Please visit http://survey.5-essentials.org/illinois/survey/parent/ to take the survey. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact 5Essentials Customer Support at 1-866-440-1874 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Please consider taking a few minutes to provide us feedback through the survey this year. We appreciate your time.

Go Eagles!
